2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on td333. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.1 Mandatory Verification. td333 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process requires the submission of valid government-issued identity documentation. For Pakistani nationals, the standard accepted document is a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).

4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your td333 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to a few hours to reflect depending on your bank's processing times.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. td333 targets withdrawal processing within one to four hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals, subject to KYC verification being complete and no ongoing security review of the account. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer. td333 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes and is not liable for processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.5 Verification of Payment Method. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. td333 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your td333 account must match the name on the payment account used for withdrawal.
4.6 Fees. td333 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which td333 accepts no responsibility.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. td333 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where td333 suspects a bet was placed in error, where a pricing error occurred, or where td333 has reason to believe the bet was placed in bad faith or in conjunction with any fraudulent activity.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types on td333. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface. td333 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by td333 in circumstances including but not limited to: a manifest pricing error; cancellation of an event; an event being decided under circumstances materially different from those under which the market was offered; or evidence of match manipulation.
5.4 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to td333's live betting rules. td333 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and without notice. Bets placed during a live market suspension will be voided.
5.5 Cricket Betting. All cricket markets on td333 — including PSL, international Test, T20, and one-day tournament markets — are subject to specific cricket betting rules published within the cricket section of the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, td333's interpretation of its cricket betting rules is final.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by td333 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

10.2 td333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on td333 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 td333 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing adequate safeguards to protect your device and data when accessing td333.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits td333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
